Police arrived at the beach house of Joe Giudice, star of Real Housewives of New Jersey after an argument with a neighbor.
"It was a keep and restore peace call made over loud arguing," patrol officer Christopher Fritz of the Stafford Township, New Jersey, Police told People, adding the neighbor reported the argument was between two men. "Once everyone was calmed down, we cleared. There was no cause for arrest."
Originally TMZ reported that Giudice was overheard screaming at his 14-year-old daughter Gia, who had been locked out of the house. That's when the neighbor stepped in according to a witness.
However a source close to People magazine gives a different story saying "Joe is upset that someone said the cops were called because he was supposedly yelling at Gia - when she wasn't even there. She was never locked out of the house. The house was open."
Currently Giudice is taking care of his four daughters while his wife, Teresa Giudice serves her 15-month prison sentence after the couple was found guilty on multiple counts of fraud. Once Teresa returns, Joe will begin his 41-month prison sentence.
The Giudice family will next be featured on a two-part Bravo special that follows Joe Giudice as he cares for his four daughters.
