Elizabeth Banks is moving from thrillers to musicals as part of the cast of the upcoming satire "Frank or Francis," The Hollywood Reporter said. Banks, who stars in the current release "Man on a Ledge," joins Nicholas Cage, Jack Black and Kevin Kline in the song-studded story of the battle of wills between an art-house film director named Frank and Francis, a snarky blogger who lives with his parents. Banks' role is that of an actress who bombs in a shallow comedy directed by Frank, played by Steve Carell. The Reporter said in its exclusive story the Charles Kaufman film is produced by Anthony Bergman.
