Nicole Eggert has launched a new career as an ice cream truck driver.
The 42-year-old actress is the proud owner of Scoops, "an old fashioned malt shop meets a modern ice cream stop, and a "family run business bringing a fun, unique and innovative twist to the ice cream man." The truck offers ice cream, root beer floats, mini ice cream cakes and brownie sundaes, in addition to lollipops, gumballs and other candies.
Eggert announces the truck's location on Twitter, and drives the mint-green vehicle around Los Angeles. The actress often visits the Studio City farmer's market on Radford Ave. and Ventura Blvd., and the company is also available for private events and parties.
Eggert is best known for her role as Summer Quinn on Baywatch. The actress starred on the NBC series from 1992 to 1994, and has also appeared on VH1 reality series Celebrity Fit Club and ABC reality competition Splash.
