Has Brody Jenner been inspired by step-sister Kim Kardashian? The Hills star has reportedly called time on his relationship with pop star Avril Lavigne after nearly two years together, reports Life & Style magazine. A source says: "It wasn't working out and they wanted to go their separate ways," adding that the relationship may have failed because the pair had opposing views on marriage. Lavigne was married before, to Sum 41 front man Deryck Whibley, whom she wed in July 2006 and divorced in 2009, and it's said she wants to wed again. Another source told Life & Style: ‘She wanted to settle down, but he wasn't exactly ready. They had been having problems starting in the summer with her tour because she was on the road all the time.It put a strain on their relationship.'
