Israel is planning to build new 232 housing units in three settlements in the occupied Palestinian lands, including Jerusalem. According to Israeli media sources, the Israel Land Administration has published the results of four construction tenders in the (Agan Ha'ayalot) neighborhood in the settlement of (Givat Ze'ev) in the occupied city of Jerusalem, noting that the tenders include the establishment of new housing units. Meanwhile, the Israeli weekly (Kol Ha'ir) newspaper revealed that the Israeli Ministry of Construction and Housing has issued a tender to build 25 new housing units, as part of a total 900 units that the Ministry is planning to build in the settlement of Har Homa in Abu Ghunaim Mount in southern Jerusalem for long term lease with only 50 per cent of their rent in order to increase the Israeli public in Jerusalem.
