Larjan Realty Company has launched a mega residential venture in Oman, cost of which is estimated at 50 million riyals. Khaled Al-Meshaan, the chairman of the company, said in a statement at inauguration of the project, "Telal Al-Qarm," that the venture would provide diverse investment opportunities. The inauguration ceremony of the venture was held under sponsorship of the Muscat governor. It was attended by the Kuwaiti ambassador to Oman Salem Al-Zamanan and a number of eminent figures. The 400,000-sq-m complex will be located in the heart of the Omani capital. It comprises 109 plots of lands, water and sewage systems, communication networks and public parks. The company, whose operational capital exceeds USD 95 million, owns USD 2.4 billion worth of assets.
