Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry (QCCI) and a Tunisian trade delegation on Monday held a meeting in Doha aimed at enhancing bilateral cooperation. QCCI Vice Chairman Mohamed Bin Ahmed Tawar Al-Kuwari chaired talks on the Qatari side, while Vocational Training and Employment Minister Said el Aidi headed his country’s delegation. The meeting discussed means of promoting private bilateral cooperation in various sector including health, medical industry and tourism besides a program aimed at recruiting Tunisian employees from technology, health and sports sectors. Talks also tackled joint ventures opportunities in Tunisia meant to provide job opportunities and developing the country's infra-structure. The two sides reviewed as well means of promoting Tunisian products in Qatar by holding trade exhibitions and weeks and participating in international trade fairs held here. The two sides agreed to conduct mutual visits by business and trade delegations in exploration of further opportunities for cooperation.
