Emaar Retail, the premier leisure and entertainment provider in the region, is offering a range of innovative brand building platforms for Samsung Electronics, a global leader in consumer electronics.Arif Amiri, Chief Executive Officer of Emaar Retail and Young Soo Kim, President of Samsung Gulf Electronics, signed the agreement whereby Samsung will be an official sponsor of Dubai Ice Rink and Reel Cinemas managed by Emaar Retail. Bringing a new dimension to outdoor advertising, the Olympic-sized Dubai Ice Rink features a giant LED display of Samsung branding, which has the potential to instantly capture customer attention through its strategic location. This is in addition to other avenues for brand display. Reel Cinemas, the UAE’s largest megaplex with 22-screens at The Dubai Mall and first ‘premier’ boutique, 6-screen Cineplex at the Dubai Marina Mall, and Samsung will benefit mutually from the partnership during selected movie previews, special ticket offers, and additional branding opportunities.
