Singapore stocks finished higher on Thursday, with the benchmark Straits Times Index (STI) up 13.43 points, or 0.44 percent, to close at 3,079.96.
A total of 3.15 billion shares changed hands with turnover of 1.41 billion Singapore dollars (996.04 million U.S. dollars).
Gainers outnumbered decliners 313 to 192, while 573 others finished unchanged.
The STI index lost 5.11 points, or 0.17 percent, to close at 3,066.53 on Wednesday.
