The Qatar Exchange in the green area Wednesday adding 43.64 points or 0.50% to 8,815.44 points from the previous closing of 8,771.80. The volume of shares traded down to 12,653,307 from 17,002,074 on Tuesday and the value of shares was up to QR577,913,782.66 from QR564,598,750.30 Tuesday. Top gainers were Industries Qatar which was up 2.86% to QR147.70,Qatar Telecom rose 1.35% to QR150.00, Electricity and Water gained 6.92% to QR152.90 and Gulf International up by 4.85% to QR29.20. Today the Qatar Banking and Financial sector lost 78.48 and the Insurance sector added 183.05 points. The Qatar industrial sector fell 103.73 points and the Services sector was up 89.48 points
