Following its Toyota Land Cruiser promotion, Quality Hypermarket on Salwa Road has launched a Shop N Win promotion as part of its first year anniversary celebrations. Under the scheme, one raffle coupon each would be issued to anyone buying goods from the outlet for a minimum of QR50 . The coupon, according to Hypermarket officials, will entitle customers to take part in the weekly draw of the 42-day promotion. There will be five lucky draws during the promotion and there would be 36 winners every week. The promotion enables a lucky winner every week to win gift vouchers worth QR5000 and another winner would get gift vouchers of QR3000. Ten other lucky winners would get gift vouchers for QR1000. The promotion also enables 24 others to get gift vouchers worth QR500. The draws would be held on August 11, August 18, August 25, September 1 and September 15. The winners could use gift vouchers for free shopping at Quality Hypermarket. Managing director Shamsudheen Olakara said 180 winners would receive gift vouchers. Olakara said the hypermarket introduced many innovative promotions in the first year of its operations. Under one such promotion - the ‘gift train’ - 400 customers got gifts over eight weeks. General manager Mohamed Rafi and Operations manager Najeeb Hameed were also present. The anniversary celebrations held recently at the hypermarket was inaugurated by Market Controller in the ministry of business and trade Mohamed Mosallan.
