The FBM KLCI futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended mostly higher on bargain hunting after the recent sell-off. At close, August 2011 gained 2.5 points to 1,477, September 2011 and December 2011 added 3.5 points each to 1,472.5 and 1,468, respectively, but March 2012 dipped 7.5 points to 1,467. Turnover went up to 11,737 lots from 11,631 lots on Friday while open interest was higher at 20,873 contracts from 20,553 contracts. The underlying FBM KLCI declined 11.82 per cent to 1,472.16.
