Unicoil says it is committed to continuously improve and enhance its product portfolio by providing complete solutions to multifarious market requirements under one umbrella.
Unicoil reports that it has developed thin gauge galvanized steel and pre-painted galvanized steel, described as the first of its kind in Middle East.
Till date the minimum thickness for galvanized steel manufactured in the region was 0.27 mm and the minimum thickness for pre-painted galvanized steel was 0.30 mm, “only by Unicoil.”
Along with its vision of continual developments of innovative products and business solution to cater various industrial needs, Unicoil succeeded to bring down the thickness for galvanized steel to 0.20 mm and for pre-painted galvanized steel to 0.22 mm, aimed at indoor ceiling (acoustic and non-acoustic) panel industry, electrical cable tape industry and many more light weight applications, which will provide diversified solutions to various industries and can lead to import substitution.
With this achievement, Unicoil, claimed as the market leader of galvanized and pre-painted galvanized steel in Middle East, says it thus surpasses its own record of being the only the national company providing thin gauge requirements to the industry.
Unicoil launched in the past smart products for energy savings and antibacterial application for enhanced hygiene requirements of the industry aside from developing eco-friendly chrome free pre-painted products.
Unicoil says it is committed to continuously improve and enhance its product portfolio by providing complete solutions to multifarious market requirements under one umbrella.
