Mobily is providing its services across the Kingdom’s airports in line with its customer experience strategy and expansion program. The company wants its products and services to be accessible to all its customers.
Athbi Al-Aqeel, acting executive general manager retail, said that Mobily branches at airports provide wide services, such as voice, Internet and data services and products, in addition to roaming activation, postpaid payment services, and authentication of fingerprints for passengers arriving from other countries.
“That confirms Mobily’s leadership in the region,” he said, highlighting the company’s important role in the Telecom & IT sector.
Mobily outlets in King Khalid International Airport (KKA), Riyadh, are located in Terminals 1 and 5. Additionally, Mobily outlets are working around the clock in Prince Mohammed bin Abdul Aziz International Airport in Madinah, King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah and King Fahd International Airport (KFIA) in Dammam.
Mobily roaming services cover more than 100 countries around the world, and customers can activate Internet roaming by sending an SMS, through customer service, or by visiting one of their outlets.
