Kuwait Oil Company: Leakage at Kuwait Oil Field Under Control

An oil leakage has occurred at a drilling rig in Al-Ahmadi oil field during a drilling operation on Tuesday, Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) said in a statement carried by state news agency KUNA.
The leak neither inflicted injuries nor affected the crude production operations. "The oil seeping is being handled," KOC official spokesman, Imad Al-Sultan, was quoted as saying.
He added that KOC technical teams dealt with the accident according to the company's standing procedures.
