Joyalukkas is a brand that has constantly strived on innovation to ensure they offer a delightful shopping experience to customers at all time.
With the ushering in of the last quarter of 2016, Joyalukkas says it will go down in the group’s history as a landmark year of achievements, recognition and success.
At the close of the third quarter, the Dubai Department of Economic Development, under the auspices of the Dubai Service Excellence Scheme (DSES), honored Joyalukkas Jewellery showroom in LuLu, Al-Qusais with the Best Performance Outlet Award.
The same award-giving authority had recognized the global jewelry retail chain earlier in May for its outstanding customer service.
Joyalukkas Group’s Executive Director John Paul Alukkas and Director Sonia Alukkas received the Best Service Performance Outlet award for Joyalukkas Jewellery Showroom in Lulu, Al Qusais from Sami Al-Qamzi, director general, Department of Economic Development, and Aisha bin Bishr, director general of Smart Dubai Office.
??Joyalukkas claims it is the first retail chain to be awarded both ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification and to receive superbrand status for seven years in a row.
“Today its name stands worldwide for quality, best value offerings and the award-winning customer service,” the company stated.
John Paul Alukkas says: “All of us at the Joyalukkas Group come to work with the determination and commitment to do one thing: make our customers happy and enhance their lifestyles.”
He says: “This shapes everything we do, from the way we select only the finest jewelry from the best sources around the world, to thinking up meaningful promotions and offers, to the locations we choose for our showrooms, and most importantly, in our day to day interaction with them to be recognized for our efforts in achieving this goal is a great honor indeed, and one that would not have been possible without the support of our loyal customers. I also share this award with over 7,000 men and women of our staff.”
