Henkel Egypt, one of the largest global companies that produces home and personal care products, gears up to invest 50 million euros in Egypt within the upcoming five years, said CEO of Henkel Egypt Ahmed Fahmy.
The volume of the company's investments in Egypt reached about 30 million euros over the past five years, he added in a press conference on Monday.
The company also seeks to renew its existing factory which was established in Port Sad in 1992, he added.
He further said that the company plans to establish a new factory for detergents and household care in the Sixth of October City at total investments reaching up to about 40 million euros.
The company's total investments to Egypt stand at about 300 million euros, he added.
