Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company, ADNEC, is marking a strong participation at IMEX Frankfurt, the leading trade show dedicated to encouraging innovation in the MICE sector, currently taking place in Frankfurt, Germany.
Showcasing Abu Dhabi’s state-of-the-art MICE infrastructure and cutting-edge facilities to top decision makers from the global meetings industry and related businesses at the annual international event, ADNEC seeks to attract a larger number of well-known international congresses and meetings to Abu Dhabi.
Humaid Matar Al Dhaheri, Acting Group CEO, said, "Our participation at IMEX Frankfurt is aligned with ADNEC’s growth strategy for the congresses and meetings sector. In addition to promoting Abu Dhabi as a preferred destination for business tourism, attending such highly-targeted international MICE events provides us with an ideal opportunity to network with international conference delegates and professionals from the incentive travel, meeting and events industry. Furthermore, these events allow us to explore partnership opportunities with leading associations and international event organisers to bring their events to Abu Dhabi."
ADNEC offers 133,000 sq m of inter-connected floor space to match the expectations of a wide variety of events and exhibitions. Equipped with modern facilities and built to international standards, the venue attracted 1.8 million people across 369 events in 2015.
