A presidential decree was issued approving exchange letters between the Egyptian and Japanese governments on a loan worth JPY 49.409 billion to implement the second stage of the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM).
The exchange letters were signed on October 24, 2016.
Another decree was issued referring Cairo Court of Appeal counselor Hassan Ali el Naggar to retirement.
Two decrees were also issued transferring Judge at Mansoura Court of Appeal Amr Nabil Morsi Fahmi to a non-judicial post at the Awqaf Ministry and Judge Mahmoud Abo Hashim Ali from a B-class head of Damietta court of first instance to a non-judicial post at the Manpower Ministry.
The decrees were published in the Gazette out Thursday.
