Suez Governor General Ahmed el Hayatemi on Tuesday inspected the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones in Adabiyah as he was briefed by Head of the Central Free Zone Area Mokhtar Radwan on the general scheme of the zone as well as current and future projects.
During the tour, the governor pressed for the need that development plans and projects under construction improve the services offered by the harbors and free zones, noting that priority is to provide job opportunities to Suez residents to reduce unemployment rate.
Radwan, for his part, said a study is currently under way to develop the harbors and free zones to make the optimum use of Adabhiyah harbor in order to offer ship maintenance and other services.
