Chairman of the financial and investment committee of Kuwait's Chamber of Commerce and Industry Dirrar Yusuf Al-Ghanim met Board Chairman of the National Offset Company (NOC) Anwar Al-Jowdar here Wednesday. KCCI attaches great importance to the NOC's efforts to enhance the partnerships between local and foreign investors, Al-Ghanim, also KCCI board member, told reporters after the meeting. "KCCI and NOC agreed to share information in a way that can help investors tap promising investment opportunities," he said. "There are a range of projects which have ready feasibility studies and could be of interest to foreign companies committed to the Offset Program, he added. The Offset Program sets standards for partnerships between foreign and local private sector companies. NOC, a state-owned closed shareholding company with limited liability, unveiled the program, on behalf of Kuwait's Ministry of Finance in 2007.
