A number of housing, road and services projects will be inaugurated in 12 governorates soon, said Housing Minister Moustafa Madbouli on Friday.
The projects are estimated to cost some 2.3 billion pounds and are meant to solve problems facing citizens in a number of governorates.
Mohamed Nasser, the head of the Central Agency for Reconstruction, said a 196km road between Beni Mazar and el Baweeti will be inaugurated within the coming few weeks.
A 360km road between Siwa and el Wahat will as well be opened, Nasser added.
He also pointed out to the inauguration of 11 integrated development projects in North Sinai soon.
Other projects will be inaugurated in South Sinai, Nasser added.
