Council of Ministers of Khartoum State Government, in a meeting which was chaired by Wali (governor) of Khartoum State, Lt. Gen. Abdul-Rahim Mohamed Hussein, Wednesday, underscored its support to industrial sector and arrangement of situations of industrial zones via enactment of laws and legislations and reform of the environment.
The Council listened at the beginning of the sitting to a report from Minister of Industry and Investment in Khartoum State, Abdalla Ahmed about situation of industry in the State.
The report provided comprehensive statistics about industrial zones in the State , citing that there were 10 industrial zones and that 70% of size of industry located in Khartoum State.
