Under Secretaries of the Ministries of Finance and Economy in the Cooperation Council For the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) will start on Sunday their two-day deliberations of the 36th meeting in Abu Dhabi. They will make preparations for the next meeting of the Committee on Financial and Economic Cooperation, to be held in Abu Dhabi on October 21 and 22, 2011. The meeting will address a number of themes, including the recommendations of the Committee on Customs Union and the Commission on the Gulf Common Market; the initiatives of the GCC countries in the World Trade Organization (WTO), other technical commissions' reports on financial and economic issues as well as studies on proposals for investment in education and health, and detailed studies of the GCC railway project
