Officials at Dubai Economy have reviewed prospects of collaboration with representatives of the Sharjah International Commercial Arbitration Centre, TAHKEEM.
This came in a meeting between the two sides that occasioned a review of ways of enhancing exchange of knowledge and expertise and applying best international practices in areas of commercial rules and legislation and corporate governance.
The role played by Dubai Economy was brought to the limelight during the meeting as well as the responsibilities assumed by Dubai Economy for developing regulations and drafting legislation proposed by the federal government and other state departments to regulate the business environment in a way that promotes investment and enables economic growth.
The meeting grouped together Ahmed Saleh Alechla, TAHKEEM Director with Yehia Taleb, Director of the Business Legal Transactions Division and Ahmed Al Hajri, Director of the Legislation and Legal Studies Division at Dubai Economy.
