Minister of Agriculture and Irrigation, Ghazi Ahmed Ali Mohsen, met on Sunday with Deputy Minister of Planning and International Cooperation, Omar Abdul Aziz Abdul Ghani to discuss means to finance agricultural projects.
During the meeting, the officials also discussed ways to attract and coordinate aid from international organizations and donor countries to support the agriculture and food security in Yemen.
The minister stressed on the importance to coordinate efforts to support all farm projects across the country's governorates in a way that serve farmers, especially in rural areas, as well as to alleviate the suffering of farmers from the ongoing Saudi-led aggression war against the Yemeni people.
