Abdul Latif Jameel/Aftersales has concluded its participation in the second edition of Automechanika Jeddah 2017, Saudi Arabia’s leading regional trade fair for the automotive industry, which was held at Jeddah International Exhibition and Convention Center. Mazen M. Battarjee, vice chairman of Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI), in addition to a number of diplomats, attended the event opening.
Abdul Latif Jameel/Aftersales was the first booth visited by Battarjee and the accompanying delegation during his exhibition tour. Munir Khoja, director of aftersales marketing at Abdul Latif Jameel, briefed Battarjee about the efforts made by the company to raise consumer awareness of the importance of using genuine spare parts and avoiding the counterfeited ones.
Batterjee was impressed with what he witnessed at the booth, praising the role of Abdul Latif Jameel/Aftersales in increasing consumer awareness.
Khoja said: “The exhibition is an ideal platform for visitors from companies as well as local and international exhibitors, and provides direct access to the aftersales service sector.
“By participating in this important annual event, we sought to enhance our relationships with our guests, and introduce to them the services that we proudly offer with regard to spare parts and maintenance services, which adopt Toyota’s road safety and security standards. We also enlightened our guests with our latest and most innovative initiatives in consumer awareness, which is an animated series called ‘Khebayyes & AbuHurayyes’, the first of its kind in the region and in the aftersales industry, which aims at promoting the adoption of proper thinking related to driving vehicles and preserving them, in addition to driving behaviors and road safety,” explained Khoja.
The renowned relationship between Toyota and Abdul Latif Jameel Motors was established more than half a century ago, and has grown to become one of the remarkable automotive forces in the Kingdom. Abdul Latif Jameel Motors is also one of the largest independent certified Toyota dealers in the world. The company supports the widespread use of Toyota vehicles in the Saudi market through an extensive network of sales and maintenance centers strategically located around the Kingdom to provide services for their clients, wherever they may be.
