The dress rehearsal of the new play entitled "Nouar Essebar” (The Flowers of Aloe Vera), which enthralled Oran’s audience, was given on Saturday evening at Abdelkader Alloula Regional Theatre (TRO).
The work was warmly welcomed by the audience that gave a long ovation to the participating company for its brilliant performance.
TRO’s new production deals with the themes of cupidity, avidity for power, corruption and disloyalty.
The story is about a powerless sultan in search of a treatment which will be offered to him, one day, by a poor farmer.
In fact, a big conspiracy against the sultan, his family and his entourage is hidden behind this miraculous treatment.
