Education Minister Dr. Majid bin Ali Al Noaimi received Al Wasat editor-in-chief Dr. Mansour Al Jamry and the newspaper's managing editor Aqeel Mirza.
The minister commended the successful organising of the secondhand book fair organised by Al Wasat in Jid Hafs Intermediate Boys' School that attracted large number of visitors in the period April 20-22.
The chief editor of Al Wasat expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the ministry for supporting this book fair citing the facilitation provided by the school which hosted the exhibition.
Acting Undersecretary for Education and Curriculum Affairs, Dr. Fawzi Al Jowder, was also present during the meeting.
