Competitions of Kuwait's Fifth National Heritage Festival sponsored by His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah continued on Thursday amid wide official and popular turnout.
Kuwaitis dominated the top five ranks in an Arab sheep contest held today, beating fellow breeders from other Gulf states.
The carrier-pigeon hunt competition in which 430 people are taking part, with 10 rivals competing daily, carried on today. Only one competitor qualified for the next round after his Shaheen falcon hunted one bird.
Four perspective winners only are to advance to the finals.
