The fourth edition of Dar Al-Ezz (House of Glory) Festival concluded today in the presence of National Guard Staff Director Major General Shaikh Abdul Aziz bin Saud Al Khalifa and Southern Governorate Police Director General Brigadier Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa.
The event was organised by the National Guard presidency under the patronage of National Guard Commander Lieutenant General Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa marking the 18th anniversary of the National Guard.
The festival witnessed a massive turnout of visitors who enjoyed a line-up of programmes at the event which was held at the Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club, in Sakhir.
Major General Shaikh Abdul Aziz thanked the National Guard Commander for patronising the event and for his continuous support to the National Guard personnel who are bearing the responsibility of maintaining national security and protecting achievements made under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. He also thanked all participating parties for their cooperation to enrich the festival’s programmes and the public for their contribution to its success.
The National Guard Staff Director pointed out the organising committee’s plan to expand the festival’s programmes in the next edition, in line with the directives of the National Guard Commander, so as to project further Bahrain’s rich cultural heritage and honourable future.
