Bahraini children won second position in folk activities and artistic shows on the sidelines of the 2nd Kids International Festival organized by the Ukrainian Hope and Charity Fund at the Kids' International Camp (RTAC) with participation of 64 countries from all over the globe. The Republic of Ukraine – organizer of the festival - has won first position; Mozambique won third position. The participating countries competed in the preliminaries of the contest with only 20 countries reaching the final stages of the competition. Kids from these countries presented artistic shows at the festival in the presence of heads of participating delegations, members of the organizing committee and children who came from all over the world. The Head of Bahrain's delegation was commended and congratulated on Bahraini children's outstanding performance and winning second position in the contest in which highly expert countries like Belorussia, Georgia, Sweden, Egypt and Indian amongst other countries participated. The Kingdom of Bahrain will receive second position's prize during the conclusive ceremony of the festival on August 1, 2013 marking the Day for Peace under the auspices of Valentina Ivanovo the chairperson of Ukraine's Hope and Charity Fund at the Kids International Camp's Stadium. Bahraini children are expected to return home on August 5 via Istanbul. (IY)
