Iran has confirmed readiness to face all external threats, emphasizing the strategy of the Iranian diplomatic body in strengthening relations with all European Union's countries. Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast said in a statement to (Fars) news agency on Monday that his country is ready for all threats, hoping that the irrational confrontation by Western countries with Tehran would be decreased. He noted that there had been some deterioration in British-Iranian relations during the past Iranian year, expressing hope that EU's countries will respect the rights of the people and refrain from provocative attempts against Iran. Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesman said that the differences between Islamic countries are in favor of the Israeli entity, calling for solidarity among them.
