President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Tuesday stressed the need for making connection with Iranian elites living or studying abroad because many of them are deeply interested in their home country. According to Presidential website, Ahmadinejad said establishing a close link between the Iranian elites abroad and their home country is among the important duties that should be fulfilled by the National Elites Foundation (NEF) of Iran. Iran’s NEF should pave the way for utilization of the elites’ capabilities to develop the country, the Iranian President said. The President further noted the NEF should identify those capabilities and use them to meet the country’s needs.
