Algerian ' Fursan al-Rakah' Theater Festival honored Syrian artist Mustafa al-Khani amid huge official and public presence. Al-Khani expressed happiness as this honoring laid a huge responsibility on him, calling for paying more attention to culture ,particularly theater. "Whenever we open a theater we close a prison as we direct the youths energies and capacities towards creation and research and we take them away from crime and deviation," he said. The 7-day event celebrated the World Theater Day on March 27th with the participation of theater shows from a number of Arab countries and from Algeria.
