The 13th edition of the Gulf Radio and Television Festival concluded today in the presence of a number of officials and a host of GCC and Arab artists. The concluding ceremony was attended and patronised by State Minister for Information Affairs Samira Ibrahim bin Rajab, the festival's President. President of the arbitration committees Ibrahim Al-Yazdajali thanked Bahrain for hosting the festival and ensuring its success. He also praised the jury's objectivity in evaluating the works using the electronic system. He stressed fierce competition during the festival in which 315 works vied for one prize in each category except for drama work for which two prizes were allocated. Then, the winners were announced and honoured alongside members of the jury, patrons and sponsors.
