The collective exhibition "CHAWARI3" (Streets), comprising the works of Algerian photographers from different regions of Algeria, kicked off Saturday at "La Baignoire," a new cultural space located in the premises of a private company in Algiers.
Aged between 20 and 30, these artists, most of them are amateurs and whose reputations was made thanks to the social networks, are exploring the urban territories of several Algerian cities, with pictures representing scenes of life and landscapes as well as portraits.
These photographs feature a diversity of views on the Algerian society and the interaction of city dwellers with their environment.
Lasting one month, the exhibition “CHAWARI3” is the second event organized in this space and includes 100 photos of artists from Algiers, Oran, Bejaia, Annaba and Mascara and other provinces.
