"Cotto Amore" (The cooked love), a humorous and culinary performance, presented Sunday night at the auditorium of the Italian Embassy in Algiers, highlights the kitchen as a place where the senses awake and start to speak.
Served in three parts of 15 minutes each, with a starter, a meal and a drink, this show-menu, co-written by the duo of actresses Katia Medici and Vittoria Scognamiglio takes place in a delirious atmosphere, directed by Gilles Nicolas.
The music bringing together several styles of Mediterranean soils has served the representation, while the lighting was sufficient to illuminate the scene without further variation.
Presented before a small audience (sixty people), "Cotto Amore" is performed as part of the 2015 World Expo planned in the city of Milan, Italy (1 May -31 October) with the participation of 147 countries including Algeria.
