Egyptian Armed Forces killed on Wednesday 13 terrorists in a security campaign against terrorist hotbeds in North Sinai.
Also, 388 wanted outlaws, 283 infiltrators and 98 suspects were arrested.
A probe has been launched and they are now under investigation, said military spokesman Brigadier Mohamed Samir.
He added that the Armed Forces managed over the past four days to destroy 34 motorcycles and 14 cars that are used by terrorists in carrying out their operations.
Up to 110 places of meeting used by terrorists were destroyed, he added.
Several ammunition and equipment used by terrorists were also seized, he added.
