Toulouse prop Daan Human will have surgery Wednesday on his left arm, general manager Guy Noves said Tuesday, without indicating how long the South African would be missing from first team action. Four-times European champions and domestic title-holders Toulouse open their Top 14 season against Bayonne on Friday but they will have to do so without Human, hurt in Saturday's league warm-up encounter against Northampton after he had come on for Kiwi Carl Hoeft. Toulouse are already short of numbers owing to the upcoming World Cup starting on September 9 and running to October 23. Fullback Clement Poitrenaud is in the frame to return from a back problem but prop Yohan Montes is battling a calf injury and may give way to youngster Yassin Boutemane, while Fijian winger Rupeni Caucaunibuca has a thigh problem. Jean Bouilhou (shoulder) and Johnston Falefa (ankle) are already ruled out.
