The Disciplinary Comittee of the Spanish Football Federation has announced that Real Madrid midfielder Sami Khedira has been given a one-game ban after seeing red against Levante. The Germany international was sent off during the first half of the contest for a second bookable offence after pushing over Sergio Ballesteros during a spat which broke out between the two teams. Khedira will miss Wednesday's La Liga encounter against Racing Santander, which will be crucial for the Bernabeu outfit not to fall further behind Barcelona in the race for the championship. However, the former Stuttgart star, as well as injured quartet Fabio Coentrao, Pepe, Hamit Altintop and Nuri Sahin, has been called for the tie, as coach Jose Mourinho has named a full 23-man squad for the game.
