The Atlanta Braves obtained outfielder Michael Bourn from the Houston Astros Sunday as part of a four-player trade-deadline deal. Bourn, hitting .303 with 39 stolen bases in 105 games for Houston this season, will add speed, a potent bat and a Gold Glove outfielder to the Braves' lineup. Atlanta trails Philadelphia by five games in the National League East but holds a 4 1/2-game over Arizona in the NL wild card standings. "It's definitely tough leaving Houston, my hometown," the 28-year-old Bourn said. "But I understand the trade. I have the chance to be in a pennant race, so I'm happy about that." Last-place Houston acquired outfielder Jordan Schafer along with pitchers Juan Abreu, Paul Clemens and Brett Oberholtzer from the Braves in return for Bourn.
