Visiting Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu stressed that Turkey and Saudi Arabia back the moderate Syrian opposition in all its decisions.
The Syrian regime is constantly oppressing, killing and displacing its people, he told Al Arabiya al Hadath news channel on Tuesday.
"We always support the outcome of Geneva talks about Syria," he said.
To Turkey and Saudi Arabia, terror and extremism represent the main threats to the region and the Syrian regime comes at the top of this extremism, he said.
Davutoglu arrived here Friday on an official visit. He has held talks with King Salman ben Abdel Aziz and Defense Minister Prince Mohamed Salman ben Abdel Aziz.
