Grand Imam of Al Azhar Ahmed el Tayyeb on Sunday said Daesh terror group violates all heavenly religions and international laws by its criminal actions.
Tayyeb on Sunday received 21-year-old Yazidi Iraqi woman Nadia Murad who was held in her homeland by Daesh as a sex slave for three months.
He expressed Azhar's sympathy for her humanitarian tragedy.
The grand imam said that Azhar spares no effort to spread moderate thinking of Islam and face all intellectual distractions.
Daesh's criminals have nothing to do with Islam, he added.
