German prosecutors have indicted the Brazilian defender for a fire that burned down his villa last year, although a date for his trial has not been set.German prosecutors have charged Bayern Munich centre-back Breno with arson in connection with the fire that burned down his rented villa in Munich last September. While a date for the trial has not been set, the prosecutor's office said the Brazilian could face a prison sentence of between one and 15 years if found guilty, adding that he will have to pay over €1 million in damages. The prosecutor's office also revealed that the former Sao Paulo defender was intoxicated at the time of the fire and suggested that he probably used a lighter to spark the blaze. The indictment comes hours before Bayern's showdown with Bundesliga leaders Borussia Dortmund at Signal Iduna Park.Breno was remanded in custody after his villa caught fire in September, but was bailed out with the help of his club. The 22-year-old has struggled to establish himself in the first team at Bayern due to a string of injuries, and has only made sporadic appearances since his move from Sao Paulo in December 2007.
