A series of venues of winter sports for public are under construction, some of which have already opened. A total of eight removable ice rinks will be built in the cities like Binzhou, Huaihua, Xiangtan and Zhuzhou. With the rich resource of natural scenic spots in Hunan, the authorities develops winter sports and tourism at the same time.
