Granada have sacked coach Paco Jemez after failing to win in the first six matches of the season so far, the club said Wednesday.
Jemez took over at Granada in July after having suffered relegation with Rayo Vallecano. His team's 1-3 loss to Alaves ultimately ended is tenure over Granada. The team are second to bottom, ahead of Osasuna on goal difference.
Jemez is the second Liga coach to be sacked this season, following Pako Ayesteran at Valencia according to DPA.
