A course in sports management, organized by the Bahrain Olympic Committee’s Sports Training and Development Centre, is all set to take place on February 11-16.
Twenty-four administrators from 11 sports federation – handball, volleyball, table tennis, gymnastics, football, mind sports, sports for disabilities, basketball, weightlifting, swimming and sports for all are lined up for the six-day course.
Nabeel Taha, Director of the Sports Training and Development Centre, will speak at the course on a number of subjects, including Olympic activities, international federations, Olympic Games, Olympic principles and values.
Other speakers are Mahmood Al-Shaikh, Ahmed Hafed, Mohammed Lori, Hasan Abdullatif, Nawaf Abdulrahman and Rami Al-Murbati, will bring other subjects on the course agenda.
The course is supervised by Saeed Al Aradi, the Sports Training and Development Specialist and veteran coach.
