Development of football in the UAE and its many challenges were the focus of a discussion between H.H. Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council and Honorary Chairman of the UAE Football Association (UAEFA), and Marwan bin Ghalita, Chairman of the UAEFA.
Sheikh Hazza urged the UAEFA to continue its efforts to improve the performance of the football teams and learn from past lessons.
Ghalita thanked Sheikh Hazza for his concern and support for sports in the UAE, particularly football.
''The UAEFA will do everything in its power to remove the obstacles hindering the progress of the game in the UAE,'' he affirmed.
