The Qatar Swimming Association (QSA) will be contesting in 4th round of the FINA (Federation Internationale De Natation) /ARENA Swimming World Cup in the short-course "25 meter, due to kick off on Oct.17-18 in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Qatar will be represented by each of Abdullah Mohamed Al-Yahri and Khalid Walid Jassim . Qatari swimmers , Abdulrahman Eiss Al Ishaq and Walid Rafiq Dalloul participated in the first round which was held in the Dutch city of Eindhoven on Aug.7-8 , 2013 and the second round which staged in Berlin , Germany on Aug.10-11, 2013. Qatar's swimming select team has made outside camping in Czech on Aug.10 through Sept.03, 2013. These preparations fall within Qatar's participation in the GCC 23rd.Aquatic games championship Oman is to host on Oct.27-30, 2014. One of the FINA’s (Federation Internationale De Natation) most prestigious swimming competitions will take place at Hamad Aquatic Center from October 20 – 21, 2013. A swimming competition attracting the participation of World’s top athletes from all over the globe. Countries participating in previous events were Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Finland, France, Great Britain, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Korea, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, UAE, USA and Qatar to mentioned a few.
